On 4 September 2024, another successful validation workshop was held at STIRTEC in Graz, Austria. The workshop focused on assessing Key Performance Indicators related to human centricity, industrial resilience, and environmental sustainability as part of the initial Industry 5.0 Assessment Framework. 

Participants, including Thomas Weinberger and Christian Pfeiffer from STIRTEC, as well as Marcel Egger and Daniela Schalk-Kitting from I2m, engaged in a lively and collaborative session that lasted over two hours. During the workshop, participants discussed the practicality, relevance, and potential obstacles associated with the proposed KPIs. This workshop provided the vision from the side of the high-tech industry, where STIRTEC operates. Additional KPIs were identified, and suggestions for improvement were also made. 

The workshop followed the structured guidelines and used prepared discussion tools, ensuring active participation and productive dialogue. The key outcomes will contribute to the refinement of KPIs and the successful implementation of the Industry 5.0 Assessment Framework.
