The validation workshop for the preliminary Industry 5.0 Assessment Framework with TEKNOROT, the Turkish use case provider, was held online on September 5th, 2024. The session lasted two and a half hours, including a brief coffee break, and was attended by 20 participants. During the workshop, participants shared their perspectives in a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere, focusing on the relevance, feasibility, and potential challenges of the proposed KPIs and measurement tools.

Each KPI was assessed for its applicability to the automotive industry, with discussions cantered on how they align with the fundamental pillars of Industry 5.0: human centricity, resilience, and sustainability. The KPIs were also evaluated in terms of their relevance and importance for supporting the industry’s transition to Industry 5.0.

Following established workshop guidelines and utilizing the discussion tools provided, participants were highly engaged throughout the session. The discussions were productive, with valuable insights shared, leading to meaningful conclusions.
